Talmud Torah School’s Contribution to CPABC

The Cerebral Palsy Association of BC (CPABC) was deeply moved and honored to be recipients of funding from The Talmud Torah School’s Mitzvah of Valuing Philanthropy program in 2015. Grade 7 students and philanthropists, Rachel Porte and Camille Millman, came to visit us at our office a while ago to learn about Cerebral Palsy along with the work of the CPABC. They asked us great questions about what we do, who we serve, and how our organization operates; they even asked our very own Nathalie Léveillé, CPABC Community Connector, to give a talk at the school on CPABC services and what it’s like to live with CP! We are greatly appreciative of The Talmud Torah School for choosing the CPABC as a recipient of Mitzvah: Matir Asurim (Overcoming Limitations/Disabilities) and we would like to thank their students and staff for being such wonderful hosts to our Executive Director, Feri Dehdar, who attended the closing reception on behalf of the Cerebral Palsy Association
