Annual General Meeting

CPABC will be hosting our annual general meeting in September. The event will summarize this year’s achievements and highlight new goals for next year. We are committed to helping people with CP live a Life Without Limits and we want to share our experiences with you. Join us for our AGM!

This year our guest speaker will be Al Blesch, Project Director and Facilitator at the Pacific Institute. Al will be speaking on Discovering the Power in Me, the Pacific Institute’s program for people who are living with a disability or the effects of trauma. The programs aim is to provide people living with disabilities or the effects of trauma and their families the education and tools to:

• Redevelop positive life strategies
• Understand habits, attitudes, beliefs and expectations as they affect the ability to achieve independence, self-reliance and full community participation.
• Learn the tools to overcome the roadblocks to success.
• Increase efficacy, self-motivation & confidence

All attendees will have their name put in a draw to win two touchdown end zone tickets to a 2014 BC Lions Regular Season Home Game!
