Adapted Yoga through Zoom!
Adapted yoga offers a safe, calm environment for people with physical disabilities to practice meditative breathing and movement. Participants who may require substantial physical or behavioral support may need a guardian or support worker.
This is a free, inclusive program. Family members and caregivers are welcome!
